Every Sunday we host an 11am NoDa Hop Yoga session for only $5 with Courtney Lee Burrow. Your session includes a beer, and we have mats, straps and blocks you are welcome to borrow if you don't have your own. Then join us at noon for a 1, 3 or 5 mile run around the NoDa NE Neighborhood and end with a delicious NoDa Brewing Company brewski!
This Sunday Runday we are joined by Let Me Run Greater Charlotte! Come talk to Jay Seago with Let Me Run about how you can help this organization. Let Me Run is a non-profit character building/running program for boys in the 4th — 8th grade, and has over 1600 participants in the Greater Charlotte Area per year.
And since it went so well last week, we will be serving up $1 cans of our purple Novant Health Charlotte Marathon CAVU cans all day long!
Last week we launched «The Pursuit of Hoppiness» — a contest to win the chance to work with our Head Brewer Chad Henderson and brew your very own beer to be served on tap at NoDa! This contest will continue all year and end on December 30th. Each time you attend one of our Run Clubs, your name will be entered into the drawing. The more you attend, the more chances of having your name drawn! The drawing for the winner will take place on December 30th during Run Club. (and if you don't know anything about brewing beer, don't worry about that — Chad is pretty good at it)
Our routes are marked with color coded arrows, or you can pick up a printout of our turn by turn directions for simple navigation. As always, be courteous to our neighbors while running by making sure to look both ways before darting into traffic, running off to the side and letting cars pass, and be sure to give our neighbors a wave as you run by! 👋🏼
