This year we are benefiting Urban Gourmet Farms, a mushroom farm out of Charlotte, NC. Owner, Hiram Ramirez is a talented farmer and has a a very cool operation right off of Tyvola Rd. Our good friend and Heirloom's mixologist Dexter Dunan is creating a drink pairing menu featuring Copper Barrel Distillery, Fullsteam Brewery, and Fair Game Beverage Company.
