Just like a tree that has no attachment to its leaves that fall off its branches in autumn, we can also let go of what is not serving us and reflect inwards, embracing our authentic selves.
This two hour workshop will include tools to learn to stay grounded + nurture our mind-body-soul. Workshop includes a gentle, restorative yoga practice to ease anxiety and stress; introduction to self care rituals to embrace the fall; Ayurvedic tips for food to stay grounded; self soothing massage + meditation. We will end with a Ayurvedic heart warming delicacy (recipe will be shared).

Tanvi Sahajpal, MA, LCSW, RYT is a psychotherapist and yoga practitioner, and has been passionate about integrating alternative styles of healing in her therapy work. She has her Masters in Social Work from Columbia University, New York. Her ongoing association with Asheville Yoga Center has further led her to expand her practice by incorporating alternative therapy styles such as mindfulness, meditation,breath work and gentle yoga postures. She is devoted in assisting people find a healthy mind-body connection in their lives. She currently teaches slow flow, restorative, and power flow classes in Charlotte area.
