Orangetheory Fitness and Ballantyne Corporate Park have partnered together to bring you a special workout at 1p.m. on Monday, July 24 with Head Coach Thad where 100% of your donations will support Ballantyne’s Color the Park School Supplies Drive. Color the Park benefits Classroom Central, an organization that exists to equip students living in poverty to effectively learn by collecting and distributing free school supplies. In honor of the campaign’s 10-year anniversary, we are asking for a $10 participation fee. All proceeds will serve local students.
Please note, limited space is available. If this is your first OTF workout, you will need to fill out a Client Intake Form and set up with a heart rate monitor. Once you RSVP to this event, please contact our studio, 704-412-4369, to receive this form.

Orangetheory Fitness is a one-hour, heart-rate monitored, high-intensity workout that is scientifically designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that spikes metabolism and increases energy. We call it the afterburn. You work for 60 minutes and can burn calories up to 24-36 hrs after your workout.
